One of our clients, a premier AmLaw 50 firm seeking an associate with experience in public company securities offerings and compliance. Candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Firm offers a reasonable billable requirement, competitive compensation, and is among Vault's Law 100 and Best Law Firms in the South Atlantic.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of peer firm experience, excellent academic credentials, and admission to the Florida bar, or admission to another US jurisdiction, and is eligible and willing to sit for an upcoming Florida bar exam.
Experienced lateral candidates, including partner-level, encouraged to apply whether or not they have portable business.
