We are assisting a leading AmLaw firm, ranked Band 1 for tech trans and licensing, in hiring an experienced associate for its Austin or San Francisco office. Highlights are:
- Client facing role to support services and technology commercial agreements across a variety of industries
- Drafting and negotiating services and technology agreements, software licenses, and others
- Working with business teams to develop commercial contract documentation such as service descriptions, service level agreements, and fee schedules
- Experience with cloud and SaaS deals, IT and business process outsourcing, managed services agreements, and other licensing arrangements highly valued
- Top of market compensation
This is a hybrid position with a mix of in office and remote days, although with this friendly and talented group of attorneys, you'll probably chose to be in person most often!
