Highly regarded general practice firm in New London, Connecticut seeks two corporate associates to join their practice. The firm is well established and has a superlative reputation.
They are seeking:
1. A mid - senior level corporate associate with at least 4 years of experience in general corporate law, M&A, finance, etc. The successful candidate will work and mentor with one of the firm's key partners. They are looking for someone who wants to be on a partnership track and wants to grow and develop a practice. Billable hour requirement at the firm is 1600 per year. The salary range for this position is 150K-200K + bonus
2. A junior corporate associate with at least 1+ year of corporate transactional experience post law school who wants to join a growing practice in New London. Billable hour requirement is 1600 per year. The salary for this position is 85k-95k plus bonus.
