Our client, a manufacturing organization located in Lisle, is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join their growing team! This position performs essential functions in the customer service support area including answering telephone calls, data entry, and other customer related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming sales orders.
- Assist customers by addressing concerns, complaints, and product returns.
- Follow through on customer inquiries.
- Prepare paperwork and schedule freight shipments.
- Process credit card transactions.
- Process international quotes and orders
