Beacon Hill Legal is working with a highly regarded Plaintiff's firm with a national presence seeking a Briefing Associate to join its Catastrophic 18-Wheeler Section. This role is Plaintiff's side work and requires the ability to argue at the trial level and research and brief for complex litigation. This section is growing so the opportunity to participate in other parts of the litigation could be present for the right candidate.
Ideal candidates will be licensed and in good standing in Texas, have 4+ years of experience in trial-level research and briefing, and possess the ability to handle litigation at the appellate level. Product liability experience and federal clerkship are big pluses and creative thinking is a must.
This opportunity offers great compensation, generous annual bonus potential, and a 37.5 hour work week.
