Corporate Paralegal - Hybrid
Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Corporate Paralegal for a major investment management firm's Midtown Manhattan office. This position is s hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
This person should have at least 6 years of Corporate Paralegal experience including experience forming legal entities, board meeting management, and some contracts experience. This candidate will preferably have experience with entity formation in DE and Cayman Islands as well, but not required.
The salary for this role will range from $120,000-$160,000 DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Corporate Governance: entity formations (DE and Cayman Islands), board meeting management (planning and minutes), and entity maintenance
- Contracts: Negotiating, drafting, editing, and executing vendor contracts and NDAs
- Special Projects
Qualifications:
- 6+ Years of Corporate Paralegal experience
- BA/BS
- Entity formation in Deleware or Cayman Islands is a plus
