Assistant Case Manager - Hybrid
Beacon Hill Legal is searching for an Assistant Case Management Paralegal for a major law firm based in midtown Manhattan. This role has a hybrid schedule.
This person should have at least 4 years experience as a Senior Litigation Paralegal or Case Manager in a law firm. This person must have experience mentoring and leading case teams. This position has the possibility of moving to a Case Manager role after hire. The salary for this role ranges from $105,000-$135,000.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior paralegals
- Lead case teams through management of workflow, liaising with attorneys, and prioritizing assignments
- Assist with the coordination of depositions, interviews, hearings, etc
- Shepardizing cases and cite-checking
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Case Manager
- Must have experience leading teams and mentoring junior paralegals
- Bachelors Degree required
- Candidate will ideally have mass torts experience, but not required
