Beacon Hill is assisting a highly regarded AmLaw alternative firm in its search for a senior Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of relevant practice experience handling sophisticated M&A transactions. Prior experience representing private equity firms is preferred but not required.

This role will focus representing large and small public and private companies and private equity firms in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, capital markets, and corporate governance. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. This position will be based in the firm's Washington, DC, office, where they have a flexible hybrid remote schedule that includes 2-3 days/week in office.
