Beacon Hill is working with a premier AmLaw firm seeking an experienced Tax attorney for their office in Charlotte, NC --no book of business required! The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience advising corporate clients on transactional tax matters related to M&A, private equity, divestitures, financing, etc. LL.M in Taxation is preferred, international tax experience a plus.
This firm offers a strong commitment to mentorship and professional development, achievable path to partnership, and rates are affordable to clients. Firm has a hybrid work schedule and is open to relocation candidates who are eligible for waiver or willing to sit for an upcoming North Carolina bar exam.
Experienced lateral candidates, including partner-level, are encouraged to apply whether or not they have portable business.
