Exciting, newly created role for in-house attorney with a high profile, growing company that is innovating the energy and transportation industry. This key attorney will handle a wide range of commercial agreements to support the sales and business team. Reporting to the General Counsel, this attorney will work closely with key business leaders in the beautiful new office in North Central Austin with an extremely collegial team.
At least 3 years' experience with significant responsibility drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is required. Compensation and benefits are above market for this role (base $165-175k). Enjoy biweekly Fridays off at noon.
