One of our clients, a premier AmLaw firm, is seeking to bring on an experienced associate attorney to its growing Investment Team practice. Ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in either finance or corporate transactions, including representing lendors with lending transactions, alternative investment vehicles with their debt and equity investments, and private equity fund investors with their control and growth equity investments. Firm is open to relocation candidates who are eligible for waiver or willing to sit for NC bar.
