Our client is a sophisticated corporate boutique with a thriving mergers and acquisitions practice. They seek a corporate associate to support an influx of repeat and new business with leading private equity and founder owned companies. If you are seeking BigLaw quality work in a collegial environment at a sustainable pace, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
This attorney will have great support and training from former BigLaw partners and have key roles in deals involving buy and sale side. Target billable hours are 1600 with lucrative base and bonus. Excellent academics are required as well as 2+ years of experience in an AmLaw 200 firm. Texas Bar or ability to obtain is also required.
