Hybird Customer Service Role with a growing company in Minneapolis, MN. This company is right off of the light rail, and has a lot of really cool ammenitieis like nap pods and relaxation lounges.

This position is onsite 2 days per week, and remote 3 days per week. You will only need to be onsite on Tuesday's and Thursday's! The shift time is 11:30am to 8pm - perfect for anyone that enjoys sleeping in or getting errands done in the morning.

Job Description

- Make outbound calls to current patients and customers, about 250/per day

- Setting patients up for their annual visits

- Documenting and scheduling in system - must be tech savvy

- Need to be efficient and comfortable with repetitive process of phone calls

- Can use a script if you want but don't need to

- Dealing with hard of hearing clientele, so being friendly and patient is important

- Must have some customer service, calling,or sales experience - but entry-level

- Resolve patient issues in a timely manner, which may require research and follow up.

• Update patient records as appropriate to ensure accurate patient files are maintained.
• Educate patients on company programs and services
• Collaborate onprojects as necessary
