Beacon Hill Legal is working with a respected boutique firm in Fort Worth, Texas seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in civil/commercial litigation and appeals. This is an opportunity for sophisticated appellate work and litigation. Ideal candidate will be familiar with appellate research and writing as well all aspects of litigation (depositions, mediations, hearings, discovery).
This role will focus mainly on high-level contractual disputes and interpretation of case law, and it offers the work/life balance of a standard 40-hour work week. This is an in-office role that will work closely with the appellate partner; however, a hybrid schedule may be possible for the right candidate. Solid compensation and benefits for market.
