Beacon Hill is working with a law firm client on an approximately 4-month long Business Development and Marketing Coordinator opening. This position is 100% onsite in Downtown Los Angeles.

Summary of Duties:

• Works with Business Development and Marketing on event and sponsorship opportunities
• Maintain and edit lawyer biographies and coordinate news items, accolade, and directory updates.
• Liaise with HR as needed on firm website content
• Collaborate with creative team and provide project management support for materials, invitations, and email communications
• Trains Marketing department on best practices for drafting and maintaining biographies
• Organize, execute, and support Firm-sponsored webinars and seminars for clients
• Various reporting and metrics as needed

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications or marketing
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, communications, or event planning in a law firm setting
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Demonstrated writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong project management competency
