Law firm located in Coconut Grove area of Miami is seeking a Paralegal to join their team. Firm is offering competitive pay and benefits.

Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Preparing affidavits, legal correspondence and other documents for attorneys.

• Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.

• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.)

• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes

• Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices

• Filing pleadings with court clerk (State and Federal).

• Helping prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as needed.

• Attend trial, liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties, provide admin support as needed

Paralegal Requirements:

• 5-6 years experience

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to function effectively independently

• Must be available for overtime work

• Vaccine required
