Beacon Hill, Legal is working with a prestigious law firm that is looking for a Regulatory Paralegal for their LA office. Hybrid schedule, with competitive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain information retrieval systems including computerized file maintenance and document control systems.
- Assist with legal research.
- Prepare and organize trial exhibits and notebooks
- Assist with all litigations elements of case management including discovery, e-filing, etc.
- Identify violations of state or federal advertising laws relating to automotive advertising, such as violations relating to advertised vehicle price, finance offers, and lease offers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, ABA approved Paralegal Certificate
- 5+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm
- 5+ year of regulatory experience
