One of our favorite national law firm clients is seeking an Employment-Based Immigration Paralegal in their Atlanta office. This paralegal will handle the preparation and filing of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant matters.

Successful immigration paralegal candidates will have at least three years of business immigration experience including working on PERM, H-2b and, ideally, E2 visas. You will be responsible for obtaining required information and documents for the cases, preparing petitions and applications for filings, keeping clients updated regarded status, and managing the cases from start to finish. Immigration paralegal candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be customer service minded and enjoy communication with clients.

Candidates should have a four-year degree or paralegal certificate and at least three years of experience as an employment-based immigration paralegal. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask is a necessity here.
