Beacon Hill is currently seeking candidates for an Office Specialist (Lead) for a city government In Atlanta GA. This administrative position is a contract to hire, full-time and is a hybrid schedule. Candidates who have worked in a professional government office are preferred for consideration. The selected candidate will be an effective multi- tasker who is comfortable supporting multiple departments and responsibilities. Expectations:

MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint- intermediate level

Oracle experience

Professional front desk presence

Operational and Facilities experience and understanding

Past support of HR and legal departments

Ability to support multiple departments

Scheduling others and providing backup for receptionist and front office

Comfortable in addressing issues, problems and resolution

Able to prioritize, being a self-starter and work independently
