HYBRID/ONSITE - INDIANAPOLIS, IN
Required Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in a Desktop Support role
- Must have experience with hardware diagnosis and repair
- Must have strong software and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Have utilized a ticketing system for incident management
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows O/S and Office365
- Expertise with hardware deployments
- Knowledgeable of SCCM
- Must have strong communication skills to support a variety of end-users
Desired Skills:
- Experience leading/driving infrastructure projects
- Intune knowledge
- Troubleshooting SAP issues
- Experience with A/V setups and troubleshooting
- ServiceNow knowledge
Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:
We are looking for someone to join our corporate Desktop Support team. This Desktop Support professional will work within our ServiceNow ticketing queue to provide technical support to onsite and remote users. The bulk of this work will include hardware deployments, repair, and troubleshooting hardware and software related issues. If this person has the experience and skills to lead and drive some of our project work, there is opportunity to take that on. To be successful, this person must have top notch customer service skills and ideally has familiarity of supporting SAP. This is a great opportunity for someone to join an enterprise organization and make an immediate impact!
