ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
PAYROLL
* Process domestic and international payroll accurately and timely.
* Ensure the timely completion and accuracy of each payroll for U.S., United Kingdom/Europe, Australia and Italy.
* Ensure accurate and timely contributions to international pension programs (NEST, et all).
* Manage personnel information, ensuring ADP Payroll and E-Time systems are up-to-date, as well as other systems involved in the international payroll process.
* Responsible for analysis and the completion of several monthly payroll reports.
* Lead efforts, in coordination with Accounting, for internal and external payroll or benefit-related audits.
* Prepare, reconcile and file all required monthly, quarterly and annual State, Federal, Local, School District, SUTA, FUTA, W-2 tax returns.
* Prepare and manage annual Record of Wages for corporate as well as garnishment reports and payments.
* Monitor and track employee vacation and sick records for hourly and salaried employees.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
* Assist with drafting, administering and enforcing company policies for continuous improvement in all areas of the organization.
* Oversee and participate in employee engagement activities and charitable giving events. Champion a cooperative and positive work environment.
* May be asked to meet with employees concerning questions and/or concerns regarding work environment, performance, policy, protocol, etc.
* May participate in investigations and disciplinary procedures.
BENEFITS / TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
* Assist HR Manager with annual open enrollment process to include notifications, documentation and follow-up. Assist employees with questions throughout the year.
* Assist with the oversight and scheduling of employee training, development and administration of program. Administer LMS and training acknowledgements to ensure timely and accurate completion of training.
* Assist with FMLA administration.
