POSITION SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact directly work with our customers and support our sales team in fulfilling orders for a wide range of product packaging. You will be an integral part of our sales & customer service team that works collaboratively in servicing our customers. This full-time position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and is located in Golden Valley, Minnesota.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring order details, specifications, and pricing are correctly entered.
• Track and monitor order progress from entry to shipment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues throughout the process.
• Communicate with customers regarding order placement, lead times, discrepancies, etc.
• Other duties, as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in order processing and/or data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Excel
• Intermediate computer skills

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Proven experience in customer service, order management or a similar role within a fast-paced industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
