Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a Paralegal Clerk to join their office in Hollywood, FL. Great opportunity to join a growing team!

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough client interviews to gather necessary case information, including medical records, accident reports, and witness statements.

Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary records and documentation.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates, answer questions, and address concerns.

Prepare and organize case files, including maintaining electronic and physical case records.

Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

High School Diploma

Associate's Degree in related studies or Paralegal Certificate, preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm, preferably a personal injury law firm.

Bilingual, preferred but not required

Knowledge of pre-litigation processes and procedures, BIG plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive case records.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
