Growning boutique law firm located in Downtown Miami and specializing in personal injury matters seeks a full-time Litigation Legal Secretary with a great work ethic and strong communication and organizational skills to join their team. Seeking candidate must have 2+ years of experience preferablly with medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury matters, e-filing and recording documents.
Job responsibilities include file organization and cataloging litigation documents, drafting letters, pleadings and discovery, trial preparation, case/calendar management. Plaintiff-oriented preferred.
Bilingual, preferred but not required.
