Law firm specializing in insurance defense and medical malpractice defense seeks an experienced full-time insurance defense paralegal to join their Coral Gables, FL office.
Primary Tasks
- General attorney support;
- Preparing and drafting correspondence and pleadings;
- Answering and propounding discovery;
- Issuing and following up on subpoenas;
- Scheduling, coordinating and confirming hearings, depositions and mediations;
- E-filing with State/Federal courts
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
