A reputable client of ours is looking for someone to fill their open Payroll Specialist position! The main office is out of Wilmington, DE, but the also have an office in Conshohocken, PA if that works better.
MUST HAVES:
- Min 2+ years Full-cycle payroll processing experience
- ADP workforce now for US payroll processing (any type of ADP for Canadian)
- Payroll tax registration/tax mgmt. exp.
- Proficient in Excel - pivot tables, v-lookups required
Job Description:
- Full-cycle payroll processing
- Process biweekly payroll for about 300 US ees and 15 CAN ees (CAN is a more manual process)
- Import time cards into ADP, uploading one-time payments - validate those payments
- Verify employee changes (incl. 401K changes into ADP)
