- Submit and clear positive pay report daily
- Prepare ad hoc reports
- Review/Input/Process Travel Expense reimbursements for attorneys
- Copy expense details for billing (remove)
- Answer vendor and internal inquiries on the status of invoices
- Make copies of documentation for backup
- Inputs account payable invoices into ELITE 3E system
- File accounting documentation (remove)
