- technical ability - can code in SQL/Python if needed
- Project experience within DB/Data warehouse and migrations
- no managerial/admin fluff in resume - mgr wants to read resume and know exactly what the project was about and what they did to help it run smoothly
d2d:
- Managing a new project - focused on migrating from an old datawarehouse to a new one. This will be a complex program, with 12 different work streams.
