Boutique law firm is seeking to hire an Office Clerk to join their Team. This position is responsible for supporting our practice and, more specifically, maintaining our electronic case files, as well as other related responsibilities which include, but are not limited to the following:

• Saving all incoming/outgoing pleadings and correspondence to the corresponding electronic file.
• Assisting paralegals in the preparation of legal binders for hearings/trials.
• Assisting attorneys with printing, copying, and/or shipping documents to the court, etc.
• Closing out client case files, when required.
• Keeping track and ordering, when necessary, supplies for inventory.
• Assisting with answering telephones.
• Some IT knowledge is required and being proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is essential.

A minimum of 2+ years of law firm experiece as an office clerk, file clerk or legal secretary. This position requires the ability to multitask effectively and essentially thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Firm is offering a benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k, and personal time off.

This is an in-person office.
