Law firm seeking candidate who is able to work independently and as a team player. Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities on a daily basis. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required. Must be proficient in Word and Outlook.
* Organize and coordinate training events
* Collaborate with training instructors to create written and visual training materials
* Create training course schedules
* Create promotional materials to market available training programs
* Maintain records of employee participation in training programs
* Provide general and administrative assistance to Training Coordinator and Firm Trainer
* Assist with training on some of the firm's applications
