1. Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Nashville, TN
Start Date: ASAP
Total compensation: 35-40K
Type: Contract-to-hire
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30 pm CT | Monday - Friday
Openings: 1

REQUIREMENTS: BOOKKEEPER
- College graduate with a degree in accounting, finance, music business or business management
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- General knowledge in accounting and the music industry
- Ability to organize, manage and execute responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Positive, upbeat outlook with a willingness to partner and grow with teammates and clients


RESPONSIBILITIES: BOOKKEEPER
- Entering accounts payable and receivable
- Invoicing
- Credit card coding and receipt matching
- Reconciling client bank accounts on a weekly and monthly basis
- Tracking touring performance and merchandise income settlements


2. Title: ACCOUNT MANAGER
* 2+ years of previous experience as a bookkeeper or relevant role in an Entertainment Business Management Firm
* Bachelor's degree in music business, business management or accounting required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, VLookups, etc.) Working knowledge of Adobe PDF.
* Excel in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using Datafaction or Zenith Accounting Software is a plus.
* Ability to prioritize and maintain recurring tasks with minimal supervision.
* Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong problem solving, organizational and planning/time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNT MANAGER
* Effective and appropriate communication with client, client reps, and client employees
* Aid in team training and workflow organization and goal achievement, monitor productivity and growth against benchmarks
* Accounts Payable/Receivable review and approval
* Prepare budgets with cash projections, financial reports and supplemental schedules
* Tour merchandise and hard ticket settlement tracker review, analysis and reconciliation
* Assist with all day-to-day legwork involved with client real estate transactions, renovation projects, auto and other large purchases
* Insurance renewal prep, maintenance and analysis
* Royalty Statement analysis
* Annual tax packet preparation
* Annual review and oversite of client estate planning

3. Title: Royalty Specialist
Location: Nashville, TN
Start Date: ASAP
Total compensation: 50-60K
Type: Contract-to-hire
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30 pm CT | Monday - Friday
Openings: 1

REQUIREMENTS: ROYALTY SPECIALIST
* 2+ years of experience in royalty audits in the music industry.
* Bachelor's degree in music business, business management or accounting required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, VLookups, etc.)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to prioritize and maintain recurring tasks with minimal supervision.
* Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong problem solving, organizational and planning/time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ROYALTY SPECIALIST
* Analyzing / tracking license agreements and royalty statements - artist, producer, publishing, writer, etc.
* Performing detailed analysis of reported royalties, identifying underreported royalties and/or excess expenses.
* Assisting and/or performing audit processes for record label and publishing audits.
* Drafting audit claims schedules and, eventually, drafting audit reports.
* Maintaining and organizing all documents.
* Special projects as needed.
