A boutique law firm in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience handling litigation matters, preferably commercial litigation. This is a direct-hire/opportunity and the firm is offering competitive salary, benefits and a hybrid work schedule (4 in office/1 day from home).
Job Details:
- Organize and manage case files
- Draft and e-file legal documents in state and federal courts
- Draft letters, notices, motions and proposed orders
- Process and prepare expense reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements, etc.
- Scheduling and Calendaring
- Any additional legal support required by attorney(s)
Requirements:
- Bilingual, a plus
- 3+ years of litigation experience (solid experience)
- State and Federal experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College Degree or Some College, a plus
