A prominent West Palm Beach Firm is looking for an ambitious, dependable Receptionist to start ASAP! The ideal candidate will have experience in the legal industry or professional services industry.

Job Duties
* Greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
* Answer incoming telephone calls and direct call traffic to the proper person.
* Take accurate and complete messages for those employees who may be unavailable.
* Work closely with the staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations as the first line of contact with the Firm's visitors.
* Maintain neatness and organization of reception desk and front areas with various administrative duties as outlined by the Office Manager.

Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years professional level work experience.
* Professional appearance.
* Previous experience in a client service oriented field preferred.
* Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel, Dictation, Data entry.

**This is a Monday -Friday 9am -5:30pm position. Discretionary bonus may be offered depending on performance.
