An excellent client of ours located in Allentown, PA is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team! Please see a list of responsibilities and qualifications below.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Associates degree if they have 2-3 years accounting exp.
- Basic Excel
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monthly credit card reconciliations
- Cost allocations (EZ pass, copier usage, company equipment)
- Inventory of safety supplies
- Assist Project Accountants with monthly labor rates and billing sheets
- Assist CFO with sub-contractor pre-qualifications (requesting in confidence people's financial documents and doing a review)
- Collection of unconditional waivers from subcontractors
- Identify and compile invoices that would be subject to PA and NJ use tax
- Other duties as assigned
