A private aviation company is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team! They will be supporting the CFO of this company, so experience supporting C-Suite executives is a MUST. They are looking for someone who is highly organized and able to work independently. This is a temp-to-hire role and they are looking to hire someone ASAP. Pay is $26-31/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all communication
- Calendaring
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist in the coordination of day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Experience supporting C-Suite executives
- Exepeirence in finance sector is preferred
