This role would be part of the 2 person Procurement/Purchasing team
· RFP's
· Negotiating Vendor pricing
· Someone who can read contracts
· Handles orders, speaks to vendors, etc.
· Matching PO's, matching invoices
· Working with AP
· Wants someone tech savvy, but doesn't need to know pivot tables
They have an integrated system and need someone who has experience with and coordinating with AP systems
· Wants someone organized and eager to help out in various areas
Requirements:
-college degree
-3+ years of procurement/purchasing/AP
-Tech savvy
Preferences:
-non-profit experience
