Beacon Hill Legal is immediately seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a wonderful law firm client located in Birmingham, AL.
This is a full-time opportunity and will be onsite with potential for a hybrid work option over time.
Our client is requiring the following experience for consideration:
- 2-4 years of litigation experience (defense experience preferred)
- Ability to provide support to multiple attorneys
- Assisting with preparing depositions, hearings, etc.
- Drafting of legal documents and correspondence
- Efiling in State and Federal Courts
- Legal research skills
Additional required skills include:
- Strong computer skills. MS Office Applications and Case Management software experience
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Associates Degree or Paralegal Studies certification preferred
