Beacon Hill is assisting our client in Alpharetta GA in hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator for their team. Our client is part of a international organization who are global leaders in renewable solutions- wood construction and paper, biomaterials, and packaging. This position is in office and Contract to Hire. The office is active, busy team and culture is relax and friendly. Attire is casual and regular office hours are 8-5pm. The position is open due to growth. Please see the requirements and expectations for filling this role:
Customer and Client service- becoming the POC and building relationships with customers, sales managers, warehouses, carriers and vendors.
Advanced Excel heavy usage, including pivots and v-lookups, daily data entry and spreadsheet management
Good acumen with business math
Order entry and processing, trouble shooting and problem resolution
Daily invoicing and crediting
Strong customer/client service orientation and drive
Detail oriented, organized, and proven ability to multi-task
This position will have additional tasks and projects added as this office is experiencing growth and activity. The company has a strong history of starting contractor and converting to permanent team successfully.
