Beacon Hill Staffing is pleased to be assisting our client in Alpharetta searching for an experienced operations and general Office Manager. This position will be on-site daily and provide support in an important manner for the operational function of the entire office and team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the office to run efficiently and effectively,ensuring the productivity and coordination of daily operations. The hours will be 8:30-5:30 daily. You must have a reliable attendance and strong service minded work ethic. Our client is a faith based non-profit and this location is their national headquarters. Please see the responsibilities and qualifications of this role:

Responsibilities:
Communications- phone and email, internally and externally, answering incoming call and redirection. Creates email and intra-office communications Receiving, sorting and distribution mail.
Oversee meeting rooms- managing Outlook calendar for scheduling, ensuring cleanliness and well stocked with expected items, coordinating meals/snacks/refreshments required.
Office Operations- all break and copy rooms are stocked with supplies, supply order requests, facilities repair requests and follow up, working with facilities vendors, processes and reconcile payments and expenses monthly.
Inter departmental support- office and safety policies procedures maintained and communication of changes, back up to facilities manager, assist HR with new hires and orientation, preparing of document, training and file management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or qualifying experience
5+ years in office administration or management
MS Office application intermediate to advanced
Proven background of working independently and reliability
Some working knowledge of non- profit, foundation, or faith based organization preferred
Service minded and support as well as working with integrity and a charitable heart

This position will be started as a contract to hire. The work environment is a professional office with business casual attire. The team is generous, very close knit and supportive, with a kind and open culture. The position is a key, pivotal role that is a main point of contact for the entire office.
