Beacon Hill is assisting our client in Sandy Springs with Office Services. This is a Contract for a Permanent role in office. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining paper and digital systems, scanning, and filing documents, and developing communications. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, and be personable.
DAY-TO-DAY:
- File and scan documents
- Data Entry
- Maintain File room.
- Audit documents for accuracy
- Digitize paper files.
IDEAL RESUME/CANDIDATE:
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Organized and enjoys working independently.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
