Beacon Hill Legal is working with a top-notch, fully remote, IP boutique law firm seeking a Patent Associate or Patent Agent. Qualified candidates will have at least three (3) years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, specifically with in the field of medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, organic chemistry, or biochemistry. A PhD in any of the above is strongly preferred, plus registration to practice before the USPTO is required
Compensation and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industry experience or patent preparation and prosecution in the areas of medicinal chem, pharmacology, organic chem, or biochem
- Experience with due diligence and opinion writing
- Registered to practice before the USPTO
