Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a full-cycle AP Manager.
  • Proficiency in MineralTree AP automation software and NetSuite ERP.
  • Familiarity with banking portals for wire transfers.
  • Experience in invoice processing and managing expense reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary AP Manager, supported by a team.
  • Handle full-cycle AP processes efficiently.
  • Receive and process invoices, manage expense reports.
  • Conduct wire transfers as needed.
  • Manage and communicate updates through the AP inbox.
  • Utilize MineralTree and NetSuite for effective AP management.
  • Immediate support needed; ability to hit the ground running is essential.
