Position Overview:
Beacon Hill's client is seeking an Office Administrator to join the team and provide administrative services supporting both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.

This is a fully onsite, direct hire position in Minneapolis. There is free parking available.

Responsibilities:

- Provide general office support, including day-to-day office management and traditional administrative duties.
- Manage online files efficiently and maintain organization.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, schedules, and events.
- Create and manage client and alumni files and databases.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding new clients and fulfill ongoing client service support requests.
- Answer phones and correspondence promptly, addressing client needs effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing coordinator, covering key tasks during absences.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced technical proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated self-starter and creative problem solver.
- Proactive initiative and attention to detail.
- Strong client-focused skills, capable of working with diverse individuals.
- Willingness to take on new projects of varying scope.
- Experience with company technology platform administration (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Dropbox, CRMs) and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
