Beacon Hill's Minneapolis-based client is seeking a Temporary Office Administration Coordinator to support a leave for the next 8 weeks. This is a fully onsite position with hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

    • Foster a positive office environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Coordinate meetings and collaborate with teams effectively.
    • Manage documents, including editing, proofreading, and organization.
    • Operate office equipment and handle tasks such as scanning and emailing documents.
    • Greet and assist visitors, maintain lobby, and monitor security.
    • Manage conference room bookings, handle calls, and maintain various logs.
    • Coordinate catering orders and set up for meetings and events.
    • Ensure proper room configuration, technology setup, and post-meeting cleanup.
    • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, manage postage, and assist with mail room operations.
    • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and common areas.
    • Assist in managing information assets, including classification, filing, and retrieval.
    • Ensure compliance with security protocols and retention schedules.
    • Distribute and manage IT devices, troubleshoot technology issues, and support meetings.
    • Coordinate IT logistics and maintain storage areas
    • Provide remote administrative support across the organization.
    • Assist with document processing, expense management, and meeting coordination
  • Position Requirements:
    • High school diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
