Beacon Hill is working with a sophisticated mid-sized Atlanta firm seeking an experienced bankruptcy and restructuring associate attorney to join the team. Qualified candidates will have at least two (2) years of experience with Chapter 11 bankruptcies and business restructurings, business Chapter 7 cases, debtor-in-possession, secured lending, creditors' rights, secured lending, and the like. This firm has an excellent reputation, respects work-life balance, and has a clear path to partnership.
Qualified candidates will have excellent law school credentials, law review preferred. Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia, or eligible to waive in.
