Reputable and dynamic litigation law firm seeking an experienced and skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team. As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their attorneys and contributing to the success of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to attorneys in litigation matters
• Prepare and organize legal documents, pleadings, and exhibits
• Manage and maintain accurate records and files
• Assist with discovery, document production, and document review
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trials
• Prepare and serve subpoenas, notices, and other legal documents
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare legal briefs, motions, and memoranda
• E-file in State and Federal Courts
• Assist with trial preparation and presentation
• Perform other litigation support tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with legal procedures, rules, and protocols
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
