Beacon Hill is seeking a Concierge Assistant for a contract position in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional office setting, including responsibilities such as welcoming guests, managing conference room schedules, responding to inquiries from visitors, and providing support for event coordination. This position is a 3-month contract and will require presence in the office Monday through Friday. Our client is a reputable global company that prioritizes innovation and growth.

Daily Tasks:

  • Welcome and direct visitors professionally.
  • Help navigate the space and desk reservation system.
  • Oversee the concierge inbox and handle requests.
  • Provide meeting support and delegate tasks to the appropriate team.
  • Collaborate with the Office Experience team on meeting details and IT requests.
  • Coordinate with the Office Experience team on facilities projects and backup coverage.
  • Manage visitor badging and coordinate with building security.
  • Update and maintain the visitor guide, offering relevant information.
  • Arrange car services and validate parking.
  • Keep the office meeting and events calendar up to date.
  • Assist functional groups with organizing large-scale events.
  • Provide backup phone coverage when needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of reception areas.
  • Support general office projects as required.

Ideal Candidate

  • Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Graph, Outlook, and Edge.
  • Hospitality experience or the ability to anticipate needs and provide efficient service.
  • Ability to thrive in an intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and a service-oriented mentality.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional, mature, and positive demeanor.
  • Collaborative team player with high motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Respectful of confidential information and maintains high ethical standards.
  • Patient and clear in imparting knowledge.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and creativity.
