A Florida based law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their Tallahassee Business Litigation practice group. The Paralegal will work on state and federal litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Typical responsibilities include document and discovery management, drafting pleadings and motions, and trial/hearing support and attendance. Business litigation experience required. This position will consider remote work opportunities.
