Position Overview:

Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Office Coordinator for our client in the Rochester, MN area. The Office Coordinator serves as the primary customer liaison for all moves, adds, and change requests to the workstation environment. This role is pivotal in coordinating the ordering, configuration, installation, and removal of all computers, printers, copiers, and related peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding new requests for services, preferred device configurations, product inquiries, and returns of unneeded ordered products.

- Gather, document, and evaluate customer requirements to ensure accurate and complete product orders that meet customer needs. Order electronic equipment through Lawson, troubleshoot any ordering issues, and engage senior personnel or Supply Chain Management staff as needed.

- Maintain excellent interpersonal communication to keep customers informed about order status and resolve any issues promptly. Deliver outstanding customer service in a team-based environment.

- Evaluate process improvement opportunities related to the equipment order life cycle, thoroughly document work processes, and clearly communicate concepts and procedures regarding hardware and software requirements, purchase requisition information, and coordination/scheduling of moves/adds/changes.

- Ensure all workflows and procedures are documented in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner for a large and diverse customer base.

Required Skills and Experience:

Education:

- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED with +4 years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service role.

- Or: Associate's degree with 2 years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service role.

- Or: Bachelor's degree with excellent computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
