Beacon Hill's client in Plymouth, MN is looking for an Administrative Assistant - Front Desk Coordinator to join their team. As Administrative Assistant - Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the initial point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service for clients, visitors, and employees alike. You'll contribute to maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing front desk operations and supporting various administrative tasks.

This is a direct-hire opportunity that is onsite in Plymouth, MN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Address inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Monitor office supplies and initiate orders as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 2-4 years of experience in a professional environment.
  • Proven work experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Office software.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
